Job Description:
A company is looking for a Category Manager, Small Format.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate market trends and conduct analyses to develop insights
for various channels
Serve as the data expert for the sales team, managing requests and
using data to identify trends
Gather and analyze data, translating results into actionable
dashboards for all teams
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry,
preferably in insights
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Extensive experience in understanding consumer needs and the retail
environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in building
analytical tools
Familiarity with syndicated and consumer panel data platforms
(e.g., IRI, NielsenIQ)
