Job Description:
A company is looking for a Social Work Supervisor
(PART-TIME).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee embedded social work programs across multiple ambulatory
care locations
Provide direct clinical supervision and administrative oversight to
social work staff
Ensure program success and alignment of social work services with
practice needs through collaboration
Required Qualifications
NYS LCSW
Minimum of 6 years of post-MSW experience in a healthcare or social
services setting
Experience supervising frontline staff or managing groups at an
administrative/programmatic level preferred
Demonstrated skill in program development and administration
Ability to analyze data to inform quality improvement and
demonstrate program outcomes
