Key Responsibilities
Manage service schedules for clients, ensuring timely and efficient
service delivery
Oversee inventory management and coordinate field service work
orders
Resolve client and technician issues to maintain smooth operations
and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
2-5 years of experience in the field service industry, specifically
in customer service or scheduling/coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Experience with software or platforms for scheduling and
coordination
Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong organizational
and planning skills
A combination of education, training, and related experience may
meet the requirements
