Job Description:
A company is looking for an Insurance Supervisor to oversee the
billing and collections team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the billing and collections team,
ensuring compliance with regulations
Implement best practices to maximize revenue and monitor key
performance indicators (KPIs)
Manage staff performance, hiring, and provide mentorship while
maintaining client relationships
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; associates or undergraduate
degree preferred
2-5 years of experience in healthcare transactions including
billing and insurance follow-up
Equivalent level of education and experience may be considered
Strong organizational and delegation skills required
