Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Access Coordinator
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Answer a high volume of calls daily using a multi-line phone
Schedule appointments for multiple clinical sites according to
client-specific protocols
Gather and input patient demographic and insurance information into
the practice management system
Required Qualifications:
Customer/patient service skills
Experience handling a high volume of inbound calls
Strong Internet speed and access to a router via Ethernet cord
(minimum speed: 20mbps download & 6mbps upload)
Healthcare exposure is preferred
Experience using an EMR and scheduling software is preferred
