Job Description:
A company is looking for a Personal Injury Protection (PIP)
Claims Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee personal injury protection auto claims adjusting staff and
ensure operational effectiveness
Implement and maintain best practices for claims handling and align
team with client expectations
Prepare and present comprehensive claims reports and serve as a
resource for escalated claims
Required Qualifications
5+ years of insurance claims experience, specifically in personal
injury protection and medical payments
3+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a remote
environment
Experience with both commercial and personal lines of personal
injury protection claims is highly preferred
Comfortable with technology and evolving claims systems for better
efficiencies
Strong integrity and accountability in handling confidential
information
