Sales and Service (WFH).
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions through calls, chats, and emails in a
fast-paced environment
Resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and
collections accurately
Support various customer inquiries, including troubleshooting basic
technical problems
Required Qualifications
Verified high-speed internet service and a dedicated workspace
Ability to work a flexible 40-hour schedule, including nights and
weekends
Compliance with organizational security and performance
standards
Participation in workspace audits and monitoring processes
Strong work ethic and adaptability in a remote work environment
