A company is looking for a Social Media Management
Consultant/Professor.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a taxonomy framework tailored to the
organization's needs
Develop competency-based assessments to evaluate the knowledge and
skills of applicants
Provide expert recommendations on optimizing classification and
assessment methodologies
Required Qualifications
Master's degree or PhD in Social Media Management or a related
field
At least 7 years of professional experience in Social Media
Management or a related field
Experience in taxonomy and creating qualification tests
Advanced level of English (C1) or above
Ability to learn new methods and adapt to challenging
guidelines
