Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Customer Experience Analyst to
manage customer feedback platforms and ensure data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Design, set up, and deploy surveys to gather customer feedback and
manage data integration across platforms
Oversee platform usage, manage user accounts, and ensure compliance
with contracts
Analyze survey data to generate insights and create tailored
dashboards and reports for management
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience with Qualtrics and Clarabridge platform
management
Proven experience in text analytics and customer feedback
processes
Strong strategic and tactical skills with adaptability to
fast-paced environments
Experience with Voice of the Customer programs
High-tech SaaS industry experience preferred
