A company is looking for a Remote Insurance Customer Service
Representative (Unlicensed).
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in a professional
manner
Utilize training to answer customer inquiries and sell appropriate
products
Document and process customer orders accurately in the system
Required Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
Must be customer service oriented with a strong team focus
