Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Business
Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
across multiple regions and business units
Manage financial modeling, reporting, and compliance while
integrating real-time data insights
Oversee the FP&A and Business Analytics team, ensuring
financial strategy is supported by strong data governance and
predictive modeling
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in FP&A, business analytics, or
financial leadership roles
Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling,
forecasting, and scenario planning
Experience managing finance and data analytics teams with a focus
on collaboration
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related
field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Proficiency with financial systems, including Salesforce, Netsuite,
and general ledger tools
