A company is looking for a Lead Project Manager - Human
Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of HR
projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion
Collaborate with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to identify
project needs and manage stakeholder expectations
Analyze project outcomes for effectiveness and identify
opportunities for process improvement within HR services
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or PMP certification with
equivalent experience
5+ years of project management experience in a complex, fast-paced
environment
Resourceful and accurate working style with the ability to
anticipate project needs
Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet
deadlines
Ability to self-educate quickly on HR practices or technology for
assigned projects
