A company is looking for an Insurance AMS Product Support
Representative with no weekends or nights required.
Key Responsibilities
Assist insurance agencies in learning and using the Client
Management System and other software solutions
Provide exceptional customer support and service to independent
insurance agencies
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product
knowledge and support skills
Required Qualifications
Experience in the insurance industry
Strong computer skills
Ability to multi-task effectively
Outgoing personality with a strong phone presence
