A company is looking for a Patient Service Specialist
Afterhours-Dispatching.
Key Responsibilities
Act on behalf of local branch offices after hours to accept urgent
calls and provide necessary support
Develop business relationships through collaboration and
communication with field leadership
Proactively create a better patient experience and support employee
engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
High school degree or equivalent
3-5 years' experience in healthcare/health insurance or
dispatch/transportation
Intermediate skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project,
Visio, Word
Strong mathematical proficiency with the ability to interpret and
develop spreadsheet data
English language proficiency (reading, writing, verbal)
