Job Description:
A company is looking for a Specialist, Coordinated Access
Model.
Key Responsibilities
Support CAM clients in accessing mental health and substance use
disorder services
Conduct assessments and screenings to connect clients with
appropriate services
Follow up with clients and service providers to ensure receipt of
services
Required Qualifications
Masters prepared clinician or Bachelor's degree with significant
experience (5-6+ years)
Experience in conducting screenings and navigating the behavioral
health landscape
Empathy and passion for helping vulnerable populations
Ability to work independently while following standard operating
procedures
Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
